• AI-BOS user’s form based authentication: this helps us to provide a custom login page.
• AI-BOS secures its Password by Hashing. It has used SHA1 algorithm for hashing the password. Encryption is also used to provide confidentiality, and can provide authentication and integrity protection for the password.
• AI-BOS maintains a complete set of information related to the ticket available, agent and airline.
AI-BOS has the provision for the agent to record and keep full track of the timesheet and also helps the Project Manager to have complete information related to the projects.

The Field Audit Unit has Capture and Inquiry EDMS applications in the .Net and FileNet environment. These applications require maintenance and support as well as small enhancements periodically.
• DAU EDMS Application:
The Delinquent Accounts Unit has Capture, Inquiry and Workflow EDMS applications in the .Net and FileNet environment. These applications require maintenance and support as well as small enhancements periodically.
• CU EDMS Application:
The Cashiers Unit has Capture, Inquiry and Workflow EDMS applications in the .Net and FileNet environment. These applications require maintenance and support as well as small enhancements periodically.
• BOTS EDMS Application:
